Waypoints: User Needs

Needs assessment: As we initiated efforts to design the Waypoints digital archive, questionnaires were developed as interview tools for use during Q&A with potential system administrators and end users. The questionnaires along with the responses we received can be found in our appendices section.

With the information obtained through interviews, we refined our original project description and began to focus on developing users/personas, tasks, and scenarios which would aid our efforts to build a functional system which promoted exploration of the archive's contents.
